These Terms govern your use of iKEY ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by them.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. One workspace is intended for one real-estate agent; brokerages must use the Master tier. You are responsible for anything done under your account.
Do not use iKEY to send unsolicited marketing, harass individuals, upload content you don't have the right to share, attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, or scrape it in a way that impacts other customers. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Your leads, transactions, documents and messages belong to you. See the Privacy Policy for how we store and process this data. Deletion of your account removes your data within 30 days. Export tools (CSV of leads / transactions, document downloads) are available from every workspace at any time so you're never locked in.
iKEY is a workflow tool for licensed real-estate agents. You represent that you hold — and will maintain — the licenses required by your state, province, or country to conduct the real-estate transactions you manage in the Service. You are solely responsible for complying with all local rules, including (without limitation) MLS participation agreements, agency disclosures, Do-Not-Call registries and state-specific advertising, escrow and record-retention requirements. iKEY provides tools; iKEY does not provide legal advice, brokerage supervision, or fair-housing certification. Nothing in the Service creates an agency relationship between you and iKEY.
iKEY offers a permanently-free plan (up to 3 clients, CRM only) and three paid tiers billed monthly through Stripe:
Plan limits (client count, DocuSign access) are enforced automatically. Subscriptions renew each month until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep full access through the end of the current paid period — we call this the Fair Cancellation guarantee and it is a policy commitment, not a marketing claim. Refund requests within 14 days of a charge are reviewed in good faith. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout by Stripe Tax based on your billing address.
The Service integrates with the following third parties on your behalf. Each has its own terms and privacy policy which you separately agree to when you enable the integration:
You are responsible for ensuring your use of these integrations complies with any additional obligations your MLS, brokerage or state licensing body imposes (for example, some MLSs restrict how listing data can be forwarded through third-party e-sign flows).
iKEY uses large language models to draft messages after deterministic scoring. AI output is a suggestion — you are responsible for reviewing every message before sending it. We do not train third-party models on your workspace data.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
We may update these Terms; we'll notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
